I really wanted a 4th because I have always wanted a "blue" with a big head and big paws and that's exactly what I got with Conan. I can really say finding a proper blue was not easy and I had been looking at a breeder in Australia and th UK before I found Conan. One of the concerns I had was ensuring that Conan would integrate with my other dogs of which one is a male and the others female. Well no concerns here as from day one he was accepted into the group which probably had to do with the care we took in ensuring he was properly introduced. We were also fortunate that Nelio was planning a holiday in Cape Town so he drove the dog down with him. And I must say dealing with Nelio was really a pleasure.... All the paperwork was in place, Conan had his vaccinations and had been chipped. What was even more pleasing is Conans temperament which I ascribe to how he was bred. This is by far the most intelligent and naturally obedient dog I have had. And he just loves attention and being the Centre of attention with complete strangers. I am also thrilled that Conan loves the beach and the water. As we stay close to the sea his preferred outing is to run along the beach, to frolic in the waves and then to socialize at the local coffee shop close by. When he fills out a bit, and he will judging by the extent of loose skin for him to grow into, Nelio wants him to father a litter or 2...cant wait to see what his offspring look like as if I could I would buy them all provided Nelio did the matching. I reached out to Nelio in 2021, filled out all the application forms and waited till the 20 October 2022 until my baby was born. Nelio sent me videos and pictures from the moment my little Stella was born, till the moment I collected her, and got to hold her for the first time in my arms; 07 December 2022. Nelio is passionate about the dogs temperament and behaviour, and most of all the health and well being of the puppy he handed over to my care. It was not about collecting money and running a business for him, you witness and experience his passion from the very beginning. He, to this day keeps reminding me of Stella’s vaccinations,(not that he has to,because I am an overprotective mommy); to just checking up on her milestones.
